Flavouring business (food) is the process of manufacturing liquid extracts or essences that are mixed with various food products with the aim of enhancing their taste and aroma. Also, this refers to manufacturing flavour enhancers such as monosodium glutamate (MSG).
There are two fundamentally different types of this business model. You can either produce natural flavours which are quite healthy and artificial flavourings, most of which are unhealthy but are commonly used in today’s food industry.
